Every successful story is rooted in humility. Incorporating the legacy of numerous generations of agriculture, OPG Dario Cenger came into existence in 2005. As time passed, its story transcended boundaries and today, it encompasses five thriving business entities under the umbrella of Grupa Cenger. The management baton is firmly held by the competent brothers Marijan and Dario, alongside their father Jerko, steering the collective towards success.
Each company within the group has a unique specialised task and a shared objective: to contribute to the development of ecological agriculture in Croatia. Bioel d.o.o. provides green energy with its 1MW Biogas power plant, while PZ Zrno organises cooperation and transportation. Biodem takes care of distribution and sales, while OPG Jerko Cenger works intensively in the sector of ecological livestock farming, crop production and medicinal plant cultivation, and OPG Dario Cenger produces high-quality Ecodig organic fertiliser.
All business entities within Cenger Group operate on a group model, where the initial founder and producer of Ecogdig, OPG Dario Cenger, plays a central role. This interconnectedness of the group companies allows for a unified approach in creating innovative solutions for the agricultural sector.

We are aware of the importance of green energy and ecological agriculture, which is why we have dedicated ourselves to the development of an ecological fertiliser project from anaerobic digestion. After four years of arduous work and dedication, we have successfully created a certified organic fertiliser, the first of its kind in Croatia.
The process of product certification and evaluation was by no means easy, but with our persistent and skilled team in all areas, from agronomy to engineering, we were able to successfully launch production.
